If a potential collision is detected, a warning flashes and an alert sounds, and if the driver doesn't respond quickly enough, the system can automatically apply the brakes to help minimize a frontal collision. *
*Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) can detect pedestrians, but not in all conditions, and does not replace safe driving. See your Owner’s Manual for system limitations.
It happens to the best of drivers. A moment of distraction — and you start drifting. But the standard Lane-Keeping System* can assist you with a camera that scans the lane markings ahead to direct you back to the center of the lane. When it detects repeated lane drifts, it’ll remind you to pull over and take a break.
*Lane-Keeping System does not control steering. Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. It does not replace safe driving. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.
You might not think of manually turning your high beams on or off every time you need to. And now you don’t have to. Because Auto High-Beam Headlamps can do it for you, automatically.10
It’s rush hour on the interstate. You’re towing a trailer. And you need to change lanes. Available Blind Spot Assist 1.0 with Trailer Coverage and Cross-Traffic Alert let’s you know when a vehicle is in your blind spots or when one is alongside the trailer.10
Backing up is easier when you have a clear view of what’s behind you.10 Shift into Reverse and you not only get a rear visual, but guidelines help you navigate. And you get enhanced park aids that indicate which side an object is on and how close it is.
Available Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) lets you set a cruising speed and distance from the vehicle ahead of you. When the other vehicle slows down, you automatically do too; when traffic picks back up, again, so does your vehicle10.
