What type of account message notifications or alerts are available on my Ford Credit account?
Account Manager Website Notifications and Alerts:
- Payment Reminders - pick a date when you want to receive via email, text or both
- Payment Received - via email and add text
- Online Statement Availability - via email and add text
- Paper or Paperless Statement – chose to receive a paper or digital statement and change when needed (If enrolled in Automatic Payments you will not receive a paper invoice)
- Special Offers – opt in or out of receiving promotional and special offers from Ford Credit via email
How do I set up account message alerts?
- Log into Account Manager.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click on Notifications Preference
Mobile App Notifications and Alerts:
- Late or Missed Payment Push Notification
- Paper or Paperless Statement - choose to receive a paper or digital statement and change when needed (If enrolled in Automatic Payments, you will not receive a paper invoice)
How do I set up account message alerts?
- Log into the Ford Credit Mobile App
- Navigate to “Settings” (Located at the bottom of the screen)
- Enable Notifications under "Account Settings & Preferences"
