What type of self-services do you offer?

If you sign in to Account Manager, you can find the following documents or self-service features by selecting the Self-Services tab:

• Name Change: Update your name on your account and correspondence.
• Transport Vehicle Out of Country: Initiate your request to transport your vehicle out of the country.
• Register Vehicle in Another State: Request relevant documents from Ford Credit to register your vehicle in another state.
• Rewrite Processing: Initiate the revision of your current finance contract.
• Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA): Return your leased vehicle early or reduce your retail contract interest rate to 6%.
• Transfer of Equity/Lease: Transfer the lease or finance contract of your vehicle to another person.
• Other: Upload documents for payment extensions due date changes, contract extensions, and more.
