Simply start to lift your hood and let the Hood Lift system take over. Your hood will lift and hold firmly in the raised position - wind will no longer knock your hood down.
These gas struts are rated at 90 pounds to securely hold up OEM and specialty hoods.

If all of these conditions are not met, it is at discretion of Ford or the dealer (where applicable) to accept the return.
