If you receive a Location Save Error message while setting up your Ford Connected Charge Station, complete the following:
- Log in to the FordPass®* App.
- Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Your Charge Station.
- Tap Edit.
- Select and delete the address in the Address field.
- Type your address in the Address field and select it from the predictive list.
- Tap Save.
- Select Next on the CONFIRM YOUR STATION'S LOCATION screen. A banner message will show confirming the address has been updated.
