What information does Ford share with Xcel Energy?
Ford will share the following information when you enroll in Charging Perks:
Personal Information
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Home address
- Utility account number
- Utility account holder name (if provided)
Vehicle Information
- Vehicle make and model
- Battery size
- In-vehicle charger capacity
Per Session Charging Data
- Plug/unplug date and time
- Charge start/end date and time
- Scheduled charge date and time
- Energy consumed per session
- Start/end state-of-charge
- Date and time of charge schedule override
- Charging rate during your charge sessions
Aggregated Charging Data
- Total number of hours charged per month
- Percentage of hours charged during off-peak hours
- Energy consumed per month
What Ford vehicles qualify for Charging Perks?
Mustang Mach-E® and F-150® Lightning® vehicles are eligible for Charging Perks. We are continually expanding our program, so check back at a later date if your vehicle is not currently eligible.
Important: The vehicle's modem must be activated in the FordPass™* App.
What incentives are Xcel Energy offering?
Xcel Energy will determine the incentive based on your vehicle type and charge rate.
