How much does it cost to charge my Ford electric vehicle at a public charging station?
Like gasoline, electricity prices can vary based on your location. In most areas, you will be charged per kilowatt-hour (kWh), although some places charge by the minute. You are able to see the cost to charge at different BlueOval™ Charge Network stations in the FordPass®* App.
Many Level 2 charge stations offer complimentary energy, while other Level 2 chargers charge a nominal fee per charge session.
Locating the Price for Charging
For easy directions to a nearby charger, we suggest using the in-vehicle navigation with SYNC®** 4A or the FordPass App. They will help you find a charging station, read reviews, and know the cost to charge before you get there.
