Can I get help in an accident using the FordPass^®* App?

If you are in an accident, the Collision Assistance feature is available in FordPass for additional support. 

Getting Help After an Accident 

1. Ensure you are in safe location. 
2. Open the FordPass App.
3. Navigate to the Service screen.
4. Tap Collision Assistance.
5. Select one of the following:
   • Find Collision Center & Towing
     • Locate a Ford Certified Collision Center
     • Schedule Towing Service
   • Get Rental & More: Contact a rental company, ride share apps, or call someone from your contacts.
   • Talk to a dedicated Collision Assistance Advisor
