How do I add a service history record to my Ford account?

1. Go to the Ford Support website.
2. Select the Account icon ().
3. Choose Sign In.
4. Enter your Email and Password.
5. Click Sign In. 
6. Select the Account icon.

7. Choose <Your First Name> Account.

   Note: If you have multiple vehicles in your account, use the arrow to the right of the screen to scroll to your preferred vehicle. 

8. Select Service History.
9. Click Add Record.
10. Input the following details:
    • Mileage
    • Date
    • Total Cost
    • Service Location
    • Services Performed
11. Add Notes if needed. 
12. Read and acknowledge the privacy policy by checking the box.
13. Click Save.

3. Tap the My Account dropdown.
4. Select Sign In.

10. Choose Service History.
11. Tap Add Record.
12. Input the following details:
    1. Mileage
    2. Date
    3. Total Cost
    4. Service Location
    5. Services Performed
13. Add Notes if needed. 
14. Read and acknowledge the privacy policy by checking the box.
15. Select Save.
