How do I schedule service for my Ford vehicle?

To schedule service using your FordPass App:

1. Log in to the FordPass App. 
2. Select the Service screen.

3. Tap Schedule Service. Find Dealer will appear if you do not have a Preferred Dealer set in FordPass.

   Notes: 

   • You will be directed to the dealer's appointment portal. 
   • The steps and menu items can change based on the selected Ford Dealer.
4. Choose your service needs based on the remaining prompts. 
5. Confirm and schedule your reservation.

Once scheduled, you will be directed to a final confirmation of your reservation. 

To schedule service using the Ford Support Website:

1. Log in to ford.com/support using your username and password. 
2. Click Support & Service. 
3. Select Service & Maintenance. 
4. Click Schedule Service.
5. Search for a Ford Dealer using one of the following:
   • Zip Code
   • City, State

   • Dealer Name 

     Note: Using the "Advanced Search" area, you can also select a preferred distance or filter by the offered services and click Apply.

6. Select Schedule Service under the dealer of your choice.

   Note: You will be directed to the dealer's appointment portal. The following steps and menu items can change based on the selected Ford Dealer.

7. Choose your service needs based on the remaining prompts. 
8. Confirm and schedule your reservation.

Once scheduled, you will be directed to a final reservation confirmation.
