Why is my Ford rearview camera not working?

Some reasons why the camera may not operate correctly include the following:

• You are driving at nighttime or in a dark area and your reverse lamps are not operating.
• Mud, water, and debris obstruct the camera's view. Clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.
• The camera is misaligned due to damage to the rear of your vehicle.
