Why was my BlueOvalCharge Network account suspended?

BlueOval Charge Network accounts may be suspended because a payment was declined by your card provider, or your default payment expired.

Reach out to your card provider to confirm the card is active, or go to the Wallet & Transactions section of your Ford account to add a new card to your BlueOval Charge Network account.
