How do I cancel the BlueOval™ Charge Network Charging Service?

To cancel BlueOval™ Charge Network:

1. Go to Ford.com/support.
2. Select MY ACCOUNT.
3. Click Sign In.
4. Enter your credentials.
5. Click Sign In.
6. Click on Account.
7. Proceed to Connected Services.
8. Scroll down to Key Features and click Cancel Service.
9. Click Yes, cancel to complete the cancelation request.

Notes:

• Only the subscription owner can cancel the charging service. 
• You cannot cancel through the FordPass^®* app.
