What do I do if the BlueOval Charge Network charge starts but then disconnects prematurely?

  1. Unplug the cord from your vehicle, and make sure the station resets or goes back to the ready state.
  2. Plug the cord back into your vehicle.
  3. Activate the charger through the FordPass App.

If it still does not work, try a different charger on location. If issues persist, call the phone number on the charging station.
