What is the Vehicle Service Reservation feature?
When you schedule maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics in the FordPass®* App or Ford Owner site, the Vehicle Service Reservation feature gives you the option to choose whether you go to the Ford Dealer or a Ford technician comes to you.
Vehicle Service Reservation Options
- At Our Shop: You will take your vehicle to your preferred dealer and they will perform the services.
- Mobile Service: A Ford technician will visit you to perform light or minor repairs.
- Pickup & Delivery: Your vehicle will be picked up by a Ford expert technician to work on repairs/services. Once the service is completed, your vehicle will be delivered back to you.
Important:
- Recall-related services are referred to as Recall Services.
- Non-recall related services are referred to as Regular Services.
- Pricing and services available may vary depending on the dealership selected.
- You may receive notifications if your vehicle is up for scheduled maintenance.
