Why is my recall not showing?
Upon attempting to view an active recall triggers a Loading pinwheel that never completes, attempt the following:
- Force close the app on your mobile device.
- Open the app again.
- Attempt to view the recall again.
Upon attempting to view an active recall triggers a blank page with no recall information, attempt the following:
- Return to the app Home page.
- Pull down on the screen to refresh the page.
- Attempt to view the recall again.
