Why won't my vehicle's recall clear from FordPass®*?

If the alert banner is still present after having a repair performed:

  1. Contact the Ford Dealership where your service was performed.
  2. Ask the Dealer to confirm if the repair order (RO) was closed out.  

Once the Dealer closes the repair order out in their system, the alert banner should be removed from the FordPass App. This takes typically 24 hours from when the RO was closed.
