How do I find my payoff for my Ford Credit retail account?

Please follow these steps to view a same day payoff:

Through Financing Details

1. After signing into the mobile app, select the “Financing Details” tile.
2. Select the “Pay Off This Vehicle” tile.
3. The same day payoff will be listed under Payoff Amount.
4. If you wish to payoff the vehicle, select the “Choose payment method” tile.
5. Select the “Agree and Pay” button.
6. You will be asked Are you sure? Selecting “Yes, Continue” will schedule your payoff.
   • Selecting “Go Back” will not schedule a payment.
7. You will land on the payoff confirmation page.
8. Select the “Back to Home” button to return to the mobile app home page.
   • Selecting the “Cancel Payoff” button will cancel your vehicle payoff scheduled.
      

Through Payment Services

1. After signing into the mobile app, select the “Payment Services” tile.
2. Select the “Vehicle Payoff” tile.
3. Review the payment amount.
4. Select the “Choose payment method” tile.
5. Select the “Agree and Pay” button.
6. You will be asked Are you sure? Selecting “Yes, Continue” will schedule your payoff.
   • Selecting “Go Back” will not schedule a payment.
7. You will land on the payoff confirmation page.
8. Select the “Back to Home” button to return to the mobile app home page.
   • Selecting the “Cancel Payoff” button will cancel your vehicle payoff.
      

For your convenience, the payoff amount is available online through Account Manager for retail accounts only.

• Sign in to Account Manager to view payoff amount. 
• We typically issue your paid-in-full documents within 7–10 business days of receiving the payoff. Please review your contact information provided within Account Manager and update if appropriate.
