How do I reset my password to sign in?

If signing in from the Ford Credit Mobile App

  1. Select the “Sign in” button on the mobile app home page
  2. Select the “Forgot password link on the sign in page
  3. Enter your username for your Ford Account
  4. You will need to confirm your identify using MFA a code will be sent to your default MFA option or which one you select
  5. Enter the MFA code
  6. Change your password
  7. Login using your username and your new password
     

If signing in from Account Manager

If you do not know the password for Account Manager, please click "Forgot Password" from the Sign In screen and then you will be required to enter your username email address. A verification code will be sent to your username email address, which must then be entered in order to create a new password.
