How do I update my Ford Credit account information?
You can change your address, phone number, or e-mail in the Ford Credit mobile app or in Account Manager.
Ford Credit Mobile App
- Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
- Select Settings from the bottom menu.
To update contact address and/or contact phone number(s): - Select the My profile tile.
- Select Edit for Contact Address or Contact Phone Numbers. You can also Add Phone Number here as well.
- Once new information has been entered, select Save.
To update email address: - Select Paperless statements.
- Select Edit where email address is listed.
- Enter a new email address, confirm new email address and select Save.
Account Manager Online
- Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
- Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
- After you sign in, select Profile Information.
- Click Edit for the information you would like to update such as email, billing address or phone number.
- Once new information has been entered, select Save.
Note: Updating your e-mail address changes the e-mail address that notifications are sent to. It does not automatically update your username e-mail address.
