How do I find the engine size of my Ford?

You can find your engine size on your Window Sticker or a Build Sheet, or by contacting the Customer Relationship Center. If you are considering buying a Ford, our website has the engine sizes for current model years.

Finding the Size of Your Engine

Choose a method from the drop-down options below for instructions on finding your vehicle's engine size.

Window Sticker

You can find your vehicle's engine size on your Window Sticker. It will be listed under "Vehicle Description" at the top of the window sticker.

Ford replacement Window Stickers, also known as Monroney labels, for 2007 to current model years may be purchased from the Ford Show Parts website or by calling 1-800-367-3788.

Build Sheet

For vehicles older than the 2007 model year, you can find your engine size by requesting a Build Sheet from Marti Auto Works.

Customer Relationship Center

You can obtain your engine size by contacting the Ford Customer Relationship Center using our Live Chat option or by calling 1-800-392-3673

Important: Have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available.

Finding the Engine Size of New Vehicles

To find the engine specifications on any of our current models:

  1. Visit the Ford website.
  2. Choose Vehicles.
  3. Select a vehicle type (e.g., Trucks & Vans or Electric & Hybrid).
  4. Choose a model.
  5. Select Models on the menu ribbon.
  6. Choose a trim option (e.g., XLT or Platinum).
  7. Scroll down and select Specifications.

The engine types and sizes will be next to the "Available Engines" heading in the "Highlights" section.
