Certain 2021 F-150 trucks equipped with the smart wiper motor may experience inoperable or detached wiper arms.

To have the wiper arms replaced, you can book an appointment online with participating dealers in your FordPass® App or contact your local Ford Dealer. Your dealer may even be able to send a mobile technician to you, at your convenience.
