Building vehicles you can count on is one of our most important jobs, which is why Ford has issued a safety recall for some 2022-2024 Ford Maverick trucks.
On these vehicles, drivers may experience a frozen Rear View Camera display image while in Reverse. This may result in a false representation of where the vehicle is relative to its surroundings, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will update the software in the vehicle’s Audio Control Module (ACM). You can book your appointment in the FordPass® App, online, or by calling an authorized Ford Dealership. Complimentary Pick-Up and Delivery may be provided at participating Ford dealerships.
