Why was SecuriAlert removed from FordPass?
The SecuriAlert feature was shared with FordPass users as a feature preview. It is part of our dedication to bringing you convenient features that make your life easier. This preview has ended, and the feature has been removed from the app. We intend to take the feedback and learnings from this preview and apply them when bringing you new features in the future. We look forward to sharing what is next.

Why are the Smart Hitch, Pro Power Onboard, and Onboard Scales features no longer available in FordPass?
As of Feb. 28, 2023, the Smart Hitch and Onboard Scales features are no longer available in the FordPass App. However, you will still have access to the features when using your in-vehicle SYNC®** screen.

As of Mar. 23, 2023, the release of app version 4.25, the connection for Pro Power Onboard has been removed from the FordPass App. There will be a limited view within FordPass, but only for the capability to view the status of the onboard generator when you have cellular service. However, full use and feature controls are still available using your in-vehicle SYNC screen.
