Is my Ford vehicle included in a Customer Satisfaction Program?
To see if your vehicle has a Customer Satisfaction Program on it, visit the Ford Customer Satisfaction and Recall Page and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or log in to your Ford account.
What is a Customer Satisfaction Program?
A Customer Satisfaction Program provides an upgrade to a specific component or extends an existing warranty. These programs have time and mileage limitations, and they do expire. Ford Motor Company will conduct repairs specifically designated in a Customer Satisfaction Program at no cost to the owner, as long as the repair happens while under the time and mileage requirements of the Customer Satisfaction Program.
A Customer Satisfaction Program is different from a recall, which is conducted to remedy a safety, compliance, or emissions concern. Recalls generally do not have an expiration date.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if you paid to correct the concern addressed by a Customer Satisfaction Program before the Owner Letter was mailed. To verify eligibility and process reimbursement, provide your paid original receipts to the Service Manager at your Ford Dealer. All refund requests for Customer Satisfaction Programs must be processed through a Ford Dealer.
