How do I adjust the SYNC voice volume?

To adjust the SYNC®* voice that you interact with, wait for the SYNC voice to begin speaking, and before the voice finishes speaking, adjust the volume by using the volume controls on your steering wheel (Vol+ or Vol-) or turning the audio volume control knob located on the center console.

*Don’t drive while distracted. Use voice-operated systems when possible; don’t use handheld devices while driving. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
