How do I adjust the speaker volume for my phone through SYNC?
You can change your phone's volume through SYNC®* by using the volume controls on your steering wheel or the volume knob on your center console.
To adjust the speaker volume:
- Ensure the volume on the phone is turned up.
- Press the volume controls on your steering wheel (Vol+ or Vol-) or turn the audio volume control knob on the center console to adjust the volume when you receive an incoming call or text message.
Note: Text message and phone call volume can only be adjusted while in use.
*Don’t drive while distracted. Use voice-operated systems when possible; don’t use handheld devices while driving. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
