How do I create a personal profile with SYNC?

You can make a personal profile with SYNC®* 4A and SYNC 4 to save your settings for seats, temperature, ambient lighting, etc. using the Settings menu.

Note: Not every vehicle model will have this feature, regardless of SYNC generation. Review your Owner's Manual to confirm you can set a personal profile.

Setting Up a Personal Profile

Important: Your vehicle must be parked and running, and in an open location (e.g., free of overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.).

Select your SYNC generation from the drop-down options below to learn how to create a personal profile with SYNC. If you need assistance determining the generation of your SYNC system, select the first drop-down option.
