Protect what matters using the FordPass® app

Theft Alerts
Set up push notifications from the FordPass® app so you're alerted if someone is tampering with your truck. Customize the alerts that are best for you:
- Potential Intrusion: If someone is breaking into your vehicle, or when cabin movement is detected with the vehicle locked.
- Forecful Impact: If someone or something hits your truck or lifts it up to be towed.
- Unexpected Location: If your truck's GPS location changes without the engine or battery being powered on.
- Door Open: Get alerts anytime your door is opened for any reason.

Start Inhibit
Lost or stolen key? Going away for awhile? Remotely lock down your truck so it can't be started even if someone has an authorized key nearby. Start Inhibit is available on your FordPass home screen so that you can activate at any moment with a simple on-off-slide button.
For extra assurance, when you turn on Start Inhibit, FordPass also gives you an optional one-time use deactivation PIN, so you can choose whether you turn it back off in FordPass or by tapping the PIN into the center screen of your truck.
Start Inhibit requires SYNC® 4, version 2.1.6.4. '24 or '25 F-150® and Super Duty® trucks currently on a prior SYNC version must update software to version 2.1.6.4 to access Start Inhibit feature.
